Steps for Talent Scouting Registration

Instructions for Headmasters

  1. Complete School Details Form
  2. Navigate to the Registration Menu and click on New Registration, then fill in the student information form
  3. Input student scores
  4. Once the student information is completed, click on Download Usernames and Passwords, then share these credentials with the student to continue their registration process.

Instruction for Student

  1. Click on the Complete Registration Form button or navigate to the Registration Menu
  2. Verify the scores by review your academic scores for accuracy, then proceed to complete the registration form with with selecting your preffered study program
  3. Upload a recent photograph in JPEG format with height and width ratio of 4 × 6 and minimal size is 400 x 600 pixels
  4. Upload required documents, combine all the following documents into single PDF file and upload them
    • High School Academic Report: Include reports for grades 10, 11, and first semester of grade 12. The report must be legalized and include the student identity page and score pages (semesters 1–5).
    • Motivation Statement: A personal statement outlining your motivations for applying
    • Commitment Letter from applicant (template provided below)
    • Funding commitment letter: Signed by parents or guardians (template provided below)
    • Statement of Document Authenticity: Signed by the applicant (template provided below)
    • Academic Achievements: Include any relevant certificates (optional)
    • English Proficiency Certificate: Submit proof of English proficiency via TOEFL or IELTS, meeting the following minimum requirements:
      • Medicine (FK) and Dentistry (FKG): 550 (TOEFL ITP), 80 (TOEFL iBT), or 6.0 (IELTS)
      • Law (FH): 530 (TOEFL ITP), 71 (TOEFL iBT), or 6.0 (IELTS)
      • Other programs: 500 (TOEFL ITP), 61 (TOEFL iBT), or 5.5 (IELTS)

    Notes : Applicants who have completed the high school curriculum (grades 10–12) under the Cambridge or International Baccalaureate system, or accredited schools where English is the language of instruction, are exempt from submitting an English proficiency certificate. Instead, submit a confirmation letter issued by the school verifying English as the language of instruction.

  5. Complete the payment of the non-refundable registration fee using your registration number
